Blessed Baths
Adrenal I is a great bath to support the Adrenals with a blend of herbs and clays to give oneself stress release while supporting these important glands. We suggest taking B Complex vitamins internally along with the baths. Vitamin B Complex has long been known to be the “stress alleviating” vitamins.
Adrenal I, a natural clay bath formula in our Blessed Baths luxury spa products line. Can be enjoyed both as a tub or foot bath. All our healing clay baths can also be used as facial masks, mud baths or mud wraps. (Exception: Adrenal Delight Clay Bath with Amino Acids is to be used as a bath only.) “A real at home spa experience!”
Ingredients: Juniper, Hawthorne, Dandelion, Sage, Licorice (trace amount), Bio-Conductive Powder & Several Special Clays
One order contains 7 individually wrapped baths (1/3 cup each) in a beautiful lavender box. These formula packets are pre-measured and pre-mixed and easy to use.
Description of Herbs Used in this Bath:
Juniper: An herb that supports the adrenal glands. Regenerative. On other levels promotes health, love and peace.
Hawthorne: An herb that supports both the adrenal glands and the heart. Regulates blood pressure. Good for endurance, energy and vitality. Helps with emotional stress!
Dandelion: An herbal tonic to the system. Destroys acid in the blood. High in nutrition. Good for fatigue, endurance and energy.
Sage: Activates the nervous system and adrenal cortex. Strengthens the vital centers.
Licorice: (trace amount) Supports the adrenal glands and pancreas. Balances the blood sugar. Great for endurance and vitality.
Bathing Instructions:
Sprinkle the clay (Adults: 1/3 cup) in your bath water, while using your hand or a whisk to blend it together. Dissolves easily.
Soak for 15-30 minutes…
After draining the tub, flush the drain with hot water.

There are many clays with a very wide variety of composition, purposes, analysis, and colors. Some companies and books claim that one needs to use clay by itself only, and not mixed with other ingredients. That is partially true as SOME clays are better used alone, like Zeolite clay.
