INGEST Fiber Internal Clay has 2 additional ingredients (compared to INGEST Clean): Apple Pectin and Spearmint flavor OR Fennel. Be sure to specifify the flavor.
Apple Pectin has been added to this formula for fiber and because it is known to support "sealing" the lining of the intestines in cases of "leaky gut syndrome". Spearmint has been added for taste and natural flavor, in addition to help with digestion disorders, colitis and inflammation.
The other flavor is fennel which is great for digestive disorders, gas, nausea, vitality and more. Both herbs
are safe for children as well as the clay.

Suggested Use Internally:

Bathing Instructions:
Sprinkle the clay (Children: 4 Tbs, Adults: 1/3 cup) in your bath water, while using your hand or a whisk to blend it together.
Soak for 15-30 minutes…
After draining the tub, flush the drain with hot water.
