Adrenal III Clay Bath “Nerve Relief bath with Herbs & Clay!”
A potent (herb and clay) bath, formulated to balance the nerves. It has a calming, relaxing and balancing effect - a natural clay and herbal tranquilizer.
Ingredients: Scullcap, Hyssop, Nerve Complex Formula, Bio-conductive Powder & Several Special Clays
These clay baths dissolve easily with little clean-up. Each bath is individually wrapped and contains 1/3 cup of herbs and clay. Each formula is in a food-grade bag with our Seal of approval.
The Oil of Sage has many wonderful properties and was also used in Biblical times. By the Lakota American Indians this herb was known as a Master Healer. It activates the nervous system and Adrenal Cortex. This seems to be what is needed when the adrenals are exhausted from stress and over-work. This Aromatherapy Oil, made up with Sage Oil in a base with Grapeseed Oil, makes a great combination for these series of baths focused on the renewing of the Adrenals, for use on the body after your bath. Apply as you would a natural perfume.
Ingredients: Sage Essential Oil in a base of Grape Seed Oil.
Grapeseed Oil. We have selected Grapeseed Oil as the base in our Aromatherapy Oils, due to its many healing attributes. Grapeseed itself is a fabulous anti-oxidant and is 50 times stronger than Vitamin E, 20 times stronger than Vitamin C and high in amounts of Beta Carotene. Grapeseed is known to strengthen blood vessels, improves the skin, and aids in circulation, as well as being an anti-allergenic, anti-histamine, and anti-inflammatory ingredient. Grapeseed is known in Europe to improve heart conditions and has positive effects on the brain and eyes. Used along with our specialty herbs, these essential oils are very healing. Thus far, there are little or no side effects reported with Grapeseed, unless of course, you are allergic to grapes. Descriptions of Herbs Used in these Clay Baths:
Juniper: An herb that supports the adrenal glands. Regenerative. On other levels promotes health, love and peace.
Hawthorne: An herb that supports both the adrenal glands and the heart. Regulates blood pressure. Good for endurance, energy and vitality. Helps with emotional stress!
Dandelion: An herbal tonic to the system. Destroys acid in the blood. High in nutrition. Good for fatigue, endurance and energy.
Sage: Activates the nervous system and adrenal cortex. Strengthens the vital centers.
Licorice: (trace amount) Supports the adrenal glands and pancreas. Balances the blood sugar. Great for endurance and vitality.
Ashwagandha: Promotes relaxation. It is a vitality herb; it rejuvenates & nurtures the nervous system. An anti-stress herb – helps minimize the negative effects of stress and supports a healthy immune system.
Skullcap: One of the most effective nervous system relaxants. Great for insomnia and nervous disorders. Has been used for hypoglycemia.
Hyssop: Strengthens and tones the nervous system. Is a Biblical herb for cleansing. Good for nervous disorders (regulates both high and low blood pressure). Stimulates creativity and meditation and promotes “centering”. Stimulates and helps clear the mind.

Bathing Instructions:
Sprinkle the pre-mixed clay and herb/spice bath formula in your bath water, while using your hand or a whisk to blend it together. Dissolves easily.
Soak for 15-30 minutes…
After draining the tub, flush the drain with hot water.

There are many clays with a very wide variety of composition, purposes, analysis, and colors. Some companies and books claim that one needs to use clay by itself only, and not mixed with other ingredients. That is partially true as SOME clays are better used alone, like Zeolite clay. (Zeolite clay does not test out well when used with other clays or herbs and spices.) However, other clays are excellent and enhanced mixed with herbs and spices or other clays.
