These clay baths dissolve easily with little clean-up. Each bath is individually wrapped and contains 1/3 cup of herbs and clay. Each formula is in a food-grade bag with our Seal of approval.
The Oil of Roman Chamomile has the attributes to soothe and relax in addition to speed healing of wounds and burns on the skin.

Descriptions of Herbs Used in these Clay Baths:
Juniper: An herb that supports the adrenal glands. Regenerative. On other levels promotes health, love and peace.
Hawthorne: An herb that supports both the adrenal glands and the heart. Regulates blood pressure. Good for endurance, energy and vitality. Helps with emotional stress!
Dandelion: An herbal tonic to the system. Destroys acid in the blood. High in nutrition. Good for fatigue, endurance and energy.
Sage: Activates the nervous system and adrenal cortex. Strengthens the vital centers.
Licorice: (trace amount) Supports the adrenal glands and pancreas. Balances the blood sugar. Great for endurance and vitality.
Ashwagandha: Promotes relaxation. It is a vitality herb; it rejuvenates & nurtures the nervous system. An anti-stress herb – helps minimize the negative effects of stress and supports a healthy immune system.
Skullcap: One of the most effective nervous system relaxants. Great for insomnia and nervous disorders. Has been used for hypoglycemia.

Bathing Instructions:
Sprinkle the pre-mixed clay and herb/spice bath formula in your bath water, while using your hand or a whisk to blend it together. Dissolves easily.
Soak for 15-30 minutes…
After draining the tub, flush the drain with hot water.
